Serial console access via secure SSH connections is available to collocation customers and includes console logging. Silver customers have access to a single remote reboot outlet, and half rack customers have a dedicated remote reboot power strip. DNS Services We also provide DNS services for those who do not need a complete hosting solution but need reliable domain name resolution. We have diverse redundant nameservers - the primary nameserver is located in our bay area collocation facility and the secondary in the mid-atlantic region with diverse IP providers. DNS services start at $10 per month for five domain names. Initial setup and one domain or IP change per month is free. Additional changes are $10 per occurrence.
